Refund - Cancellation

At Gnandeep Vidhya Sankul, we value transparency and fairness. Our Refund and Cancellation policy is designed to ensure clarity and consistency for all students and parents.

1. Admission Fee

  • The admission/registration fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.

2. Tuition Fee

  • No refund will be issued once the tuition fee is paid for a particular term or academic year.

  • In special cases (such as student transfer, serious medical issues, or family relocation), a written application must be submitted to the school management. Refunds in such cases are at the sole discretion of the management.

3. Transportation Fee

  • If the transportation service is cancelled before the term starts, a partial refund may be considered.

  • Once the term begins, no refund will be provided for transportation fees.

4. Activity/Workshop Fees

  • Fees paid for extracurricular activities, workshops, or field trips are non-refundable, unless the school cancels the event.

5. Cancellation of Admission

  • If a parent decides to cancel the admission before the academic session starts, only the caution deposit (if any) will be refunded after necessary deductions.

  • Once the session has begun, no refund will be entertained for cancellation.

6. Mode of Refund

  • Approved refunds (if any) will be processed within 15 working days through cheque or bank transfer.

  • The school is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect bank details provided by parents.
